I'm not sure what it was on before but I tried to change it to 1920x1080 @ 60Hz and then 140Hz but both gave me a black screen when I restarted my laptop. I managed to change this back by connecting my laptop to the TV, the screen showed up on there and I reverted the settings. Any idea how I can get to or close to 1920x1080? As the current setup is too zoomed in.Are you sure you have a 1920x1080 screen? Laptop screens normally don't have scalers and can't display non-native resolutions, so that makes me think the panel is 1366x768. No I'm not sure what it was before the screen was replaced but its definitely more zoomed in, so 1366x768 is too low but I can't work out what the original was. |
