After running restart64, the F8 button takes you to recovery mode in case you get a black screen. Otherwise you could connect an external monitor and remove the changes from there.
If that's not an option, you could try to boot Windows into safe mode, which would also allow you to remove the changes set in CRU.

Well, F8 right after you run restart64.exe. I'm assuming that's not an option anymore as you've tried rebooting the laptop, etc.
Booting Windows into safe mode is tricky, here's an official guide. Your best bet is trying to boot the laptop and shutting it down while windows is booting.

I always use CRU to remove the 4096x2106 resolution from my TV's, as I find it can cause issues when launching some games for the first time on my PC. I've just upgraded for a Samsung S95B QDOLED to a Samsung S95D QDOLED and I am finding that my regular CRU fix methodology is not working. Games are still showing the 4096 resolution, as is NVCP?? Steps followed are editing the CTA-861 Extensions Block as follows:
1 Remove all 4096x2160 resolutions from 'TV RESOLUTIONS' (there were 6x)
2. Remove all 4096x2160 resolutions from 'HDMI SUPPORT' (there was 1x)
Looking at the how to (and some earlier posts here), there is reference to removing the resolution from the '4.2.0' Block also. Whilst I've never had to do this before, happy to do so, however the only block I have with a similar naming convention is '4.2.0 CAPABILITY MAP', but that is greyed out?
Have tried multiple reboots, restarts and resets, but that pesky resolution remains available in Windows 11 for some reason!?
Have added a screenshot below... would appreciate any advice. Thanks

Did you change your screen's resolution to 1920x1440? It will not work due to the resolution being higher. It will only work the other way around (laptop resolution 1920x1440 and custom one 1366x768).

Come on, man. Why didn't you read the first post before using the software? Literally everything you talked about is there. You need to boot Windows in safe mode and run reset-all.exe.

Audio should be in the EDID. The problem is you've got too many things going on, so I don't know where the point of failure is or what's being changed in the process. Thunderbolt uses DisplayPort video and audio, but you're using an HDMI display, so the dock has to convert the signal, and then you have another device extracting the audio. Something is getting lost in translation somewhere.

So turning the laptop off while Windows is booting two times doesn't give you recovery options? The only other way is to use a recovery drive, which you can create on another computer, or your laptop might have a way to boot a recovery partition.
