Hello,

Suddenly I can't chance my refresh settings anymore. I recently installed a new AMD driver for my R9 290 (14.4 WHQL) and after that I patched it with the latest atipatcher version from ToastyX and in the newest version of CRU I set the refresh rate for 110Hz again (I have a QNIX QX2710). I rebooted between this steps. When I went to control panel to apply the 110Hz refresh rate I couldn't. There was only a 60Hz option available. I made a screenshot to illustrate the problem: http://i.cubeupload.com/ZLjC0s.png

As you can see AMD catalyst also recognizes the 110Hz refresh rate, but also in that program I cant select 110Hz, 60 is the max. Any idea what do do about this? Thanks a lot in advance.
AMD's driver has a bug with Windows 8.1 where EDID overrides don't take effect after rebooting.

Try restarting the video driver: https://www.monitortests.com/restart.zip

If that works, rename restart64.exe to restart-only.exe and put it in the Startup folder (Win+R shell:startup) to automatically restart the driver on startup.
Ah, thanks a lot. That worked.
