I have a lot of tearings on fortnite with 75Hz OCed monitor.

GPU 1650 Super

CPU R5 2600

FPS avarage 180

The only way to completely eliminate tearing is to enable VSync/FastSync or get a G-Sync/FreeSync monitor.
