Hello, So i have a 144hz freesync monitor but it says Freesync is not supported with my DVI-D Cable but it works with DVI-D To HDMI.

What if I use CRU to forcefully enable freesync will it damage my monitor?

No, it won't.
CRU only changes what your GPU sends to the monitor, not how your monitor operates.
