I can't get black bars somehow, i got 1024 x 768 ingame and i got Aspect Ratio ticked in NVIDIA Control Panel aswell as GPU scaling. I've also got "Override the scaling mode set by games and programs" ticked on. Having it ticked off makes no difference for me.

Neither of Aspect Ratio, Full-screen or no scaling works for me. I'm starting to think that it might have something to do with the GPU scaling. Too bad I don't have any other options than GPU in the Dropdown list.
Any suggestions? I really wanna play with black bars.
