Although after doing these things, my tv refuses to display anything from the PC

I tried to go into safe mode and running reset-all.exe

Would appreciate your help here. Thanks!

What GPU? Such a simple change shouldn't cause a black screen unless there's a driver bug. Running reset-all.exe in safe mode should remove all changes. If for some reason that doesn't work, reinstall the graphics driver after using DDU: https://www.wagnardsoft.com/display-driv...aller-DDU-
