Are you using an HDMI adapter? If so, you need an HDMI data block to go beyond 165 MHz pixel clock.

I'm using a DisplayPort to VGA converter, what's weird is that the resolution worked on my prior Windows Installation

I have an RX 580, I'm using Adrenalin 24.3.1 and I have GPU scaling disabled
