Is it possible to bypass nVidia's 400MHz VGA pixel clock limit? The nVidia Pixel Clock Patcher by ToastyX didn't work.
I haven't found a way to do it with NVIDIA.

"I haven't found a way" means I already looked into it. I only found a way with AMD, which I added to the patcher over a year ago, but nobody ever told me if it works. I don't have a monitor that can go that high.
