Yeah, I know how DVI-I ( I ) Mean Analog Semnal and that's why I asked you if I can use adaptor for HDMI cable.

And I know about resolution, lower resolution, higher refresh rate...

I can't do something like 120hz at 1024 ? I really can't force little bit to 120 ? 5 more Hz ...

Few years ago, when I had CRT, I can't forced to something like 140 I think, at 640 I had 200Hz, when I played CS 1.6.
Now I need min. 120Hz at 1024 res.

Here I can't modify little bit from fron/back/total to reduce Horizontal freq at 120Hz ? Will don't work ?

BTW I have 1.4 HDMI cable I think, work at high refresh rate ? Will don't limit me ?

You might be able to get 120 Hz if the CRT will accept up to 100 kHz horizontal. I'm just going by the specs on the box that says 30-95 kHz.

You would have to reduce the vertical total to 791 to get it under 95 kHz, which might be too low for a CRT.

Hi ToastyX !
I registered just to say thank you ! Heart
I had a problem with 2560x1440 resolution (ATI mobility 5650). it always gave me 1080p with HDMI and i thought i'd have to deal with it Sad
Now i can get 2560x1440 perfectly.

Thank you again Heart
So... finally I bought a Sony GDM-5411 (which is very, very, very good CRT) I can have 145Hz at 1024x768, that is so f*cking good.
But I have a problem, I can't calibrate colors very good... I have a green "overlay" on black background, what I can do ?
I tried so many combinations of RGB Dias and Gain but the final result is same... I can't have clear black background, can you help me with some idea please?

Here you have RGB

And 0 brightness/80contrast.
P.S The problem is not from VGA cable, I have 2 VGA cables, same problem.

Thanks.

That's a common problem with Trinitron monitors. You'll need a special cable and WinDAS to adjust the G2 voltage: https://www.google.com/search?q=crt+windas
Cannot support DP? I want use FreeSync with Overclocked hz, but FreeSync support only DP (I using 2560*1440 Resolution). So I can't use that.

The patch is for pixel clock limits. What pixel clock limits are you seeing with DisplayPort?

I want overclock 75hz to 100hz. It can be using DVI, but DP can't because range limit is still exist after clock patch.

You shouldn't need the patch to get 100 Hz with DisplayPort. The range limits have nothing to do with the patch. It's required for FreeSync. What happens when you add 100 Hz? Show me what you did. Export a file so I can see the complete configuration.

I did attach configuration files. Default/Patched DVI/DP export bin files and Patched DVI/DP screenshots.
