Hello I hope everyone is ok.
I'm having real trouble here with the latest tactic from AMD, which has blocked the bios modification of the HBM memory. Yes AMD purposely blocked all parameters to the HBM settings.
Someone over at the Overclockers forums said you can use Afterburner and a modified HBM bios with a ToastX patch? After much research I found this thread. I have installed the patch and there was no problems but unfortunately the HBM speed is still reverted from 550mhz to 500mhz.
Even GPUZ says the 'Original Memory Speed is 550Mhz' and the 'Current Speed is 500mhz'
Have I made some kind of mistake here? Any help would be greatly appreciated as the GPU is running like crap right now.

for me, 1.4.6 did not help. gives an error
with 1.4.5 everything is fine on Adrenalin Edition 17.12.1

What error? 1.4.6 should work with 17.12.1.

I do not remember
but after rebooting the video card were also with errors in the device manager
1.4.5 with rollback solved the problem

There's no difference in the way 1.4.6 patches other than finding the HDMI-DVI limit.
