Hi, im kinda new to this overclocking monitor.

So i will like to to know if i will start damage my monitor by overclocking to 1280x720(16:9)@75hz it already supports 1280x1080 (4:3)@75hz

The monitor is a Samsung Syncmaster S24b350TL LCD

No, it will not damage the monitor. Most monitors will only allow refresh rates within the range that they are designed to support. Samsung monitors usually allow up to 77 Hz.
