Hello Everyone,
I have a 2 PC streaming set-up that I gave up on a while ago because I found out every time I plug in my BENQ 144hz monitor into my Avermedia Capture Card (in my second computer) and "clone"... the hz/fps always goes down to 60 hz.
Right now NVIDIA is saying 144hz on my monitor, but when I run the Blur Busters UFO test it's saying i'm running at 60hz. I have been messing around with the custom resolution utility although I admit i'm a noob with it.
Can anyone point me in the right direction or just spit ball some idea's... I have done research on and off for a couple months now and i'm clearly too dumb to figure it out.
I understand the capture card can only run 30 or 60 fps. I just want to be able to take advantage of the extra frames with my monitor. I don't care too much about screen tearing as it's going to most likely just be a side-effect of running higher frames and converting to less frames in the capture card. Help please.
Thanks!
