Hello,
Basically my screen keeps showing white lines moving from bottom to top. Here is my monitor specifications http://gdgt.com/acer/x193hq/specs/
If anyone can help, would be greatly appreciated !
What i've tried so far is : changing video card, i had a hd 5870 now i got an 7950, i changed vga cable, same, i reinstalled windows.
Only thing that i suspect is the refresh rate. Because my monitor is supposed to be able to run 1366x768 @ 75Hz according to specifications, but in windows i see its set to 60Hz and this could be the problem maybe.
