Is there a reason for it, say on the VG248QE? Would there be performance gained by overclocking the pixels with a VG248QE?

The VG248QE can already do 144 Hz. Is 146-147 Hz worth it to you?

What are you trying to do? You shouldn't need the patch with a G-SYNC monitor, and G-SYNC monitors don't support custom refresh rates.

Okay i trying to get a higher resolution then 1080p
G-sync SLI and DSR are not working on my Monitor yet!..

G-SYNC monitors don't support higher resolutions. You have to use DSR or GPU scaling. The patch won't help with that.

Registered to say that I have the same problem with the newest driver and Windows 10. Using a 970 tho.

Had to rollback to get it working again.
