Full Version: Samsung S24B300 doesn't allow overclocking?

So I've tried going the nVidia route for overclocking and it comes up fine, tests fine in games (going from 60Hz to 80Hz) but after about a minute or two the screen turns off input and just says "not optimal" but simply turning the screen on and off fixes the issue.

I thought that maybe it was just not able to go that high, but it consistantly shuts off after one minute exactly, making me think it's a tamper-proof sort of thing.

Any idea if there is a way to disable this or am I simply doing something wrong?
Samsung monitors usually have a 77 Hz limit. There's no way to disable the refresh rate check.
