I got my overlord monitor when they first launched and had this problem for awhile without even really noticing it. What happens is my browser is choppy when scrolling and games are choppy when out of full screen mode.
Now, this only happens when my secondary monitor is enabled which is a 60hz 1080p monitor. Anyways, for some reason if I make the 1080p monitor the primary monitor the problem goes away completely. I would do this, but there's no way to make all of my games open on the 1440p monitor.
So what I'm asking is, has anyone else had this problem with running two monitors with different refresh rates and if so, were you able to fix it?
