Hello, I have had this for at least a month now, and what happens is, about the top fifth of the panel keeps refreshing out of sync with the rest. I notice a distinct line when watching videos or other such things. That whole part isnt necessarily out of sync, but it tears in that area, right on that line. Same spot all the time. I dont notice it in games as much, or at all really. Anything I can do to fix it? I bought a 3 year warranty for it. So there is always that.
Does the tearing happen only in videos or does it happen everywhere? Can you see the tearing if you move a window around?

If it's a monitor problem, you should see the tearing everywhere including when moving windows around. If it only happens when playing videos, then it's a video card or video driver issue. Do you have any other monitors connected?

I did some more looking. I don't see it happen when I move my window around. Does happen during videos though.

Nope. Just this monitor. I have a GTX 770 4GB SC from EVGA if that means anything. I always update to the latest drivers.
Does this happen with every player? Some players or renderers might require desktop composition to avoid tearing. If this is Windows 7, make sure you're using one of the Aero themes and not Basic or Classic.

Seems to happen just in YouTube. I do have Aero on though. I think. I installed a custom theme. But I still get told to switch it off when playing games to improve performance.
