The main limitation is the pixel clock in the EDID can only be a multiple of 0.01 MHz, so changing the blanking/totals lets you make smaller adjustments to the refresh rate. The pixel clock calculator gives you the pixel clock and totals needed to achieve a certain refresh rate. |
