I made a backup first of my config. So at the CRU page, it says low vertical blanking causes this maxed out memclock. So I only changed the Vertical Blanking from 50 to 100. And it worked. Pixel clock is less than max of 600 Mhz (HDMI 2) so I feel it is fine.

1. Can anyone explain how this works?
2. Increasing the VB also increased back porch V and total V. Will this affect my monitor in any way? Like its parts, its health, gaming experience (flickering, etc)?

So you just changed your vblanking option from 50 to 100 and it worked for you right? How did you do that exactly? Did you just run the cru and changed your vblanking value or did you do anything extra? (By saying extra, I mean first selecting LCD standart and then changing the vblanking value for example)
Btw I can not explain how it worked for you. I’m not an expert, sorry.
