cannot change brightness

[crapbmax]

so i bought a bmax y11 laptop from china and i have tried for a week to fix brightness problem.

the bright slide goes up and down in o/s tried win10 linux ubuntu but display stays at 100% tried drivers bios settings reg hacks nothing works.

i think this is some bios problem how software talks to the hardware is wrong. how can i get this to work ? did a report from intel driver.
