RE: BUG: max resolution stuck at 1280x1080 Windows 10

What exactly is the difference then? You keep saying "TV" and "PC" mode, but there's no such thing. There's nothing in the EDID that says whether a resolution is a TV or PC resolution. Only NVIDIA lists them separately. NVIDIA does not even call them TV resolutions. They are HD/SD resolutions. 1920x1080 @ 60 Hz is already listed under HD/SD resolutions. Why would you expect the same resolution to be listed under PC resolutions? Windows doesn't support more than one of the same resolution.

Your new screen shot shows 1080p is the first detailed resolution! Why do you keep saying there's only 1080i? Your other screen shots also clearly show 1080p is available, so it's not using 1080i like you assume.

Sora is not NVIDIA staff. There's no such thing as "TV" and "PC" specs. TVs and PC monitors using HDMI both follow the same standards. Yes, TVs and PC monitors sometimes use different timing parameters, and the next version of CRU will have separate timing options, but 1920x1080 @ 60 Hz is the same for TVs and PC monitors. The options will be mainly for 4K/8K resolutions and 100/120 Hz resolutions because TVs using HDMI and PC monitors using DisplayPort often use different timing standards for those resolutions.

If you really want everything to be listed under "PC" resolutions, then delete the extension block. Then NVIDIA will treat it like a DVI monitor and disable all HDMI features.
