Stupid question, can small freq change harm monitor?

I have old EIZO, which is very dear to me (and yes, it was also kinda expensive).

It runs on odd 59.883 Hz .. no clue why, maybe cause of backlight.

Anyway, I "overclocked" it to 60.004 Hz. Am I right to assume, there is no danger to my display at all?

Was experiment since I always thought that many apps have hard time syncing to that odd Hz, most stuff tries to sync to 59 FPS, but its usually not enough so it leads to tearing and in general pretty unsmooth movement of things. Ofc its possible to enforce 60 FPS today, but it doesnt help really.

But look and behold, only tiny change of refresh rate and everything is way smoother. Would never guess that less than 0.2 Hz can make such difference.

I found out cause I connected 60Hz TV and while it was at 4k it was much smoother than my low res Eizo. So I was wondering why and it seems that odd refresh rates can actually ruin vsync and similar.
