Strobelight - LightBoost Utility for AMD/ATI and NVIDIA

I actually just did this strobelight and it was working great until....

I accidently hit CTRL+T inside of cs:go (counterstrike global offensive) and it shut off the 3d... I cannot seem to get it back on hitting CTRL+T in the game is there anything anyone can suggest that would remedy this?

Edit: I am checking if the 3d is enabled via my monitor menu.
