I have it on my XL2411T too, so it's quite normal for many of these 24" 1ms panels. It's quite variable between panels, as LightBoost pushes the panel limitations far more aggressively. Sometimes doing a exchange causes the artifact to become worse or better, but it is in my opinion it is not worth the hassle to try to get this specific artifact fixed.
