No, but AMD's driver doesn't normally interfere with refresh rates in games.

If you're using Windows 8.1, you might be running into this problem described in the CRU thread:
(09-07-2012 09:06 PM)ToastyX Wrote:  Important note for AMD/ATI users with Windows 8.1: AMD's driver has a bug with Windows 8.1 where EDID overrides don't always take effect after rebooting. To work around the problem, restart the driver after rebooting using the driver restarter (restart.zip). To automatically restart the driver after rebooting, rename restart64.exe (64-bit) or restart.exe (32-bit) to restart-only.exe and use the task scheduler to run it when you log on. Make sure "Run with highest privileges" is enabled in the task properties.
I'm using Windows 7 x64. :/

edit: Also to confirm that it DOES use 120Hz I fired up Space Engineers where the issue also occurs and put Vsync on when using Fraps. It capped at 120 FPS, monitor got set to Standard mode, if I change to windowed mode it changes to 3D mode, but what's the point in having crossfire if I am in windowed mode...

edit2: I got DX10/11 to work when using strobelight setup to ONLY apply strobed refresh rates. However I have TWO identical monitors, and upon doing this the second one won't work because it requires 60Hz over DVI because only one of the ports are DVI-D.

Seems like if a non-strobed refresh rate is available it will move to it thanks to the second screen, any possible workaround?
