That is an HDCP issue triggered when using Chrome:

I think it's an NVIDIA driver bug because I've only seen NVIDIA users report this so far. The EDID override used to install the refresh rates should not cause HDCP issues, and people with 144 Hz monitors have reported this happening even without Strobelight.

Supposedly it only triggers with Chrome, so you can try Netflix with Firefox instead, or ask Netflix if you can use Silverlight instead of HTML5.
