Strobelight - LightBoost Utility for AMD/ATI and NVIDIA

"OFFSET" indicates a communication problem, but I don't see why it would stop working if it worked before. Try unplugging the monitor's power for a minute to reset it. If that doesn't help, then maybe a driver update broke it. Try installing the latest Crimson driver: http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles...Notes.aspx
