I see in CRU I have to change the active pixels it seems? No alternate timing presets where it changed the active resolution worked on my display.

That's a GPU-scaled resolution. CRU can't create scaled resolutions directly, but you can enable GPU scaling in the NVIDIA control panel by going to "Adjust desktop size and position" and setting "Perform scaling on:" to GPU. Then lower resolutions will be scaled to the native resolution by the GPU instead of sending it to the TV. In this case, both "Aspect ratio" and "No scaling" will center the resolution with black bars since the width isn't being changed.
