I am unsure.Those are all frame rate issues. Something is limiting the frame rate. If you have a second monitor connected running at 60 Hz, that can mess up the test. If you have an NVIDIA card, make sure GeForce Experience is not installed. You can check the info section in your monitor's menu to see what refresh rate the monitor is actually receiving. |
