I have multiple Windows 10 machines connected to a monitor via a KVM. When I switch connected machines, the Windows on the machine I'm switching away from are shrunk and repositioned. Does this CRU utility provide a workaround for this so that I can switch machines without triggering repositioning of the Windows?

My graphics card is a GTX 4060, so I don't have the Quadro feature of saving/loading EDID from a file like the Quadro drivers.

No, CRU does not emulate monitors. You would need an EDID emulator to keep a connection, or you can use software such as winredock or PersistentWindows to save and restore window positions.
