I'm not sure why it wouldn't be working till now. The intel graphics driver is up to date as well.

Has 4:2:2 ever been available? Maybe the GPU doesn't support it. Intel's docs don't mention 4:2:2 as an option: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/...phics.html

The issue with 10 bpc seems to be a driver bug when HDR isn't enabled or available, but they only fixed it for newer GPUs so far: https://github.com/IGCIT/Intel-GPU-Commu...issues/179
