I'll try, but... Generated .exe is an installable, or something that I have to load every time I boot on windows?

It installs an EDID override and includes an Intel-specific method. You don't need to load it every time.

You don't need to write to it. Just use CRU with it connected. Since the connection won't drop, there shouldn't be any handshake issues.
