I tested 75hz to be perfectly stable, and 76hz and up would introduce a pink one or two pixel wide line down the right vertical edge of the screen. I tried a bit of mucking around with the more advanced pixel settings, like adding extra to the backporch and/or total pixels, but nothing seems to get rid of the darn pink vertical line. Have you had experience with removing this via adding more to the total horizontal pixel count? You want to reduce the totals, not add to them. That will reduce the pixel clock, which reduces the bandwidth. If the line only appears with the adapter, then the adapter has trouble handling higher pixel clocks. |
