CRU should be used with the EDID option enabled. What does CRU show with EDID enabled? Are you not able to add 1920x1080 with EDID enabled?

With EDID enabled in AMD catalyst, I cannot modify the resolution. A screenshot of Catalyst + CRU open with the monitor connected. Is that what you mean?

It works fine on another laptop (my wife's, & she wont swap).

Little update. I downloaded AMD's EDID read tool. Everything below F0 it's all 0's

I think this is the external screen selected on VGA connection......I'm using it now and the main laptop screen is off. So not 100% sure if the EDID is from the external monitor which catalyst and windows isn't reading.
