Custom Resolution Utility (CRU)

I don't know what you're asking. It sounds like you already got it working.

I've already set a custom resolution wich is the exactly the same as the old one just at 60hz. Now since I have an Nvidia gpu i had to set a custom extencion block. I would like to know what setting should i use in the Hdmi support options.
