Custom Resolution Utility (CRU)

That's perplexing because running reset-all.exe and rebooting should reset everything, and I haven't heard of this happening before. Are you able to set the resolution in the NVIDIA control panel? Thanks for your reply. I'm able to set the resolutions from the NVIDIA control panel. This is a screen shot of my options:
   
I'm currently only running on my external display, when i unplug it i am able to access display adaptor properties again, however it seems to be different from when I was able to access it here (Its now the IntelHD card instead of the NVIDIA card).

I tried using that tool you suggested and reinstalling the driver but I am still unable to access it. Also I would like to add that under Nvidia control panel>display>change resolution, I lost the ultraHD,hd,sd resolution options right after I used the reset all file. But, after reinstallation its there again.
