Did you make sure to add or import HDMI support? HDMI is treated as single-link DVI unless an HDMI support data block is defined in an extension block. CRU doesn't currently read the default extension block because it's not stored in the registry, so you'll have to add one manually and add an HDMI support data block (the default settings are fine), or you can import one of the hdmi.dat files in the main post, but that will remove any existing extension blocks.
