Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 super and LG 65NANO953NA 8K resolution troubles

How to set the color format to YCbCr 4:2:0? In Nvidia Control Panel, in Windows Display Settings, in Tv Settings, ...? Excuse me, but one time this 8k worked for a long time. I don't know how but it happened? That is why I cannot understand. The same equipment one time works and other time doesn't work.
