Hi Man Well you been trying interesting things with poor old 1660 super haaha I have 1660 super and I was doing tricks with it too but I never used this CRU . It is not needed... Nvidia c panel is suficient to do custom resolution automatically. You u just need to enable imput signal plus and game mode to enable vrr. Depends of your TV. I have Samsung Q85T 55'' 4k@120. And I just achieved 4k@120 straight away with HDMi to HDMi cable. It shows reduced colours settings 1.Outpur colour format : YCbCr420 2.Desktop colour depth 32 Bit 3.Output color format 8Bpc 4.Output dynamic range limited (see picture 1) BUT I was always wondering how to achieve even 1RGB colour format, 10 bit output color format and dynamic range full and keep 4k@120 So I have purchased Displayport to HDMi 8K cable And voilaa magic hapened .. It runs all colour formats RGB, full, and 10 bit (please see picture 2) But this has to come to sacrifice and that is G-sync or VRR is not present. Which is absolutely not a problem becsue games runs still exactly same.. You can see in nvidia c panel differences connectoris detected as Displayport and WHen using HDMi to HDMi cable showing HDMI- HDTV |
