The computer is Lenovo y50-70 - intel graphics 4600hd (i7 4720HQ) with Geforce 960m
I did a reset to the CRU application and tried again like you said
Here in the picture you can see I added HDMI support and 4:2:0 resolution with the resolution I want 4K60HZ.
First, you should check if Intel's driver supports EDID overrides for your GPU by adding a lower resolution. If that doesn't work, then nothing you do in CRU will have any effect. Second, I'm not sure if Intel's driver allows adding 4:2:0 resolutions using EDID overrides. Make sure to delete the first 3840x2160 @ 60 Hz detailed resolution because that's for 4:4:4 resolutions, so you can't use that with HDMI 1.4. You might have to add 3840x2160 @ 30 Hz as an HDMI resolution in the HDMI support data block as well.
When I add a new resolution I can choose it on the intel's driver so I think the driver supports EDID overrides.
I also deleted the 4k 60hz from the detailed resolution, and added a 3840x2160 30hz in the HDMI support
Still cant choose 3860x2160 60hz in the graphic's driver Sad
