Quote:I installed "Strobelight Beta 3 by ToastyX" (checked 120 and 121 Hz, it was checked by default), copied "strobelight.exe" to autoload folder, reloaded computer. After reload I see window with label "No strobed refresh rates found"
Only temporary solution i have is - delete lightboost > reboot > install lightboost > reboot. and it will work until i reboot one more time.
That doesn't make sense. Reinstalling wouldn't do anything different. Are the installed refresh rates available in the Windows screen resolution settings?

No, not really. That's more of an issue with how full screen games and the gamma ramp are handled in Windows, so there isn't a solution that works in all cases. This works for some games:
thx for reply

it must be an issue with my system. i found out that if i run the refresh rates install app manually, and then strobelight.exe its working w/o having to reboot

so its loading with the system once, and with next load it says no strobed refresh rates found. yep

m/b i just need to check smth in msconfig, i'd likely have a solid fix now if i didnt get my knee drilled last week Big Grin
