Acer x183H with cru?

Hi, i am trying to get a higher refresh rate on my acer x183H connected via vga to gtx680 dvi port with adapter. I've tried this utility and nvidia control panel. When i try a higher refresh rate say 64 the text becomes a little blurry, any way to fix this? By the way i am posting it here because i didn't get a reply yet on the main thread for cru.

Either that monitor can't handle the higher refresh rate properly, or the clock and phase needs to be adjusted on the monitor because you're using VGA.
