DP 1.2 problems with GTX660 and Dell UP2414Q "4k" monitor

I submitted detailed info. to nvidia on my Dell UP2414Q and Zotac GTX660 configuration. (DP 1.2)

In my case it was definitely hardware related because I would get intermittent blank/unrecognized monitor problems during warm or cold boots, before windows started or drivers were loaded.

I tried many, many settings but could not get the card to reliably recognize the monitor.

I had to revert to an AMD R9 260 card to get the monitor working reliably, so there seems to be an issue with the Nvidia DP 1.2 implementation - at least with this Dell monitor...
