Is it possible to OC a vs248h
I recently got an asus vs248h lcd and was wondering if anyone has any experience in overclocking that particular monitor?

You can probably get around 72-75 Hz with the "LCD reduced" timing option in CRU. I don't think that monitor can handle much more than that. Keep in mind the 165 MHz pixel clock limit. You'll have to patch the driver if you want to go further.

Hey ToastyX
I have the same monitor, and when using CRU the Nídia panel only shows the resolutions i created With hdmi, the dvi-d don't show up.
I managed the Max res of 1900x1080 70hz.
I have Apply the patch but it doesn't let me go aboce the 165 pixel clock.
Should i hey another hdmi cable? I'am not sure if the one i'am using is a 1.4 version. Any advice? Thx

What video card are you using? It doesn't make sense to have a 165 MHz pixel clock limit with DVI unless you're using an old card with only single-link DVI, and the patch should take care of that. You need the patch anyway with DVI because your monitor is probably single-link, but the resolution should be listed regardless. You shouldn't need the patch with HDMI, and you don't need a special cable for HDMI 1.4.
