Distorted horizontal line on monitor ?

Distorted horizontal line on monitor ?

On Blurbuster's "moving photo" test , top of the screen (horizontally all the way from left to right) is distorted. This picture is from Blurbuster's "frameskipping" test , these patterns only occur on the same horizontal line. Is this only frame skipping ? Or there is something more about it? Way I understand only squares got to skip yet my image is compeletly distorted. Issue remains on 60/75/120/144hz , with hdmi/display cable , all settings tweaked on osd , timings tweaked on cru , no luck so far. |

That's tearing, not frame skipping. It might be an issue with the browser not using vsync in full screen mode. Do you see tearing in windowed mode or when moving a window?

Also issue is only happening on the this vertical height of the display only , position is consistent In games when ı got steady 144 capped fps , or in some youtube videos |
