Picture isn't properly centered on my CRT while using CRU
I'm using my SD CRT (640x480) and I'm using CRU to operate it at this resolution. I've tried using both the "Manual CRT" and the " Exact CRT" settings and setting the correct resolution. There is no change in the image. The image itself is shifted up and to the right. Can't for the life of me figure out why. I am using an HDMI to Composite adapter so that may be part of the problem, but this was working perfectly with my old setup. The only thing I've changed is the PC. And for that matter, I'm using the same graphics card. I'm flat out of ideas, and any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Is this a TV? How did you set the resolution before?
