7680x4320 detailed 8k resolution

Radeon RX 550 card reports the "Display Specs" as 4k for the Samsung TV, see attached screen shot. There is no option to select a Pixel Format as 4:2:0; RBG, 4:4:4 and 4:2:2 are all options.

Radeon RX 550 option to create a "Custom Resolution" has the same limits as the nVidia Control Panel; it seems that I need to be able to create a custom resolution and Pixel/Color format of 4:2:0. See attached screen shot. Neither the AMD or nVidia settings allow for customizing the resolution in conjunction with setting the pixel format.

When I look in CRU, it seems that the 4:2:0 format and the 7680x4320 resolutions should be available. However the changes I make in CRU, don't seem to translate to the display control panels as options, so there is a good chance that I am not doing something correct in CRU.
