You can try DTD Calculator, but it's for calculating DTDs using another method. The page for the instructions doesn't seem to exist anymore. I found a copy here: https://web.archive.org/web/200809141852...cs/239.htm

Hz Tool is really old. That's for Windows 95/98/Me. It won't work with anything newer.

I think the EDID override method is more likely to work. CRU can export various text formats that can help you get the data you need to do this method, but you'll probably have to craft a .reg file manually using the instructions on the page I linked.
