I want to report my results. I don't know if you're interested but I achieved them through your software after all.
So the monitor of my laptop is LGD0469. I did the copy and paste thing and did a 70 hz mode. Restart and applied - worked like a charm. Then I did copy and paste w/ 75 hz. After applying, I got terrible screen flickering and tearing so I reverted. Then I downloaded your NVIDIA Pixel Clock Patcher, still the same results. Then I tried with LCD native settings and 75hz and to my surprise it's stable. I don't want to sound like asking for technical support but I have no idea if LCD native is stable compared to the copy/paste method and the difference between native and standard, since all options except for resolution is greyed out.
